Essential oil diffuser necklace/bracelet set - African Opal

I made this Aromatherapy Diffuser necklace from the most stunning African Opal slabs. I hand picked these pieces because of the variation of color. It's a creamy pale turquoise with beautiful rust and cream markings. In person you see amazing depth to the gemstone. Each stone is unique in its patterning, with the back looking different, but equally as beautiful as the front. It's like two necklaces in one. I used agate and crystal beads as accents, with a matching stretchy bracet to acompany the necklace.

African Opal is really a Jasper that is found in Africa. It is a calming, soothing and purifying stone that is purported to cure diseases of the eye. It is used to see all possibilities in situations and to cultivate creativity, insight and inspiration.

Each piece also serves as a personal diffuser so that you may experience the healing benefits of essential oils. Simply apply a drop of your favorite essential oil to the black lava bead, and enjoy the long lasting aroma for days. Reapply as desired.
